Not a simple pizzeria but a place where you can rediscover the authentic taste of healthy food with flours and other products grown directly by the owner. Excellent pizzas with very light dough, artisanal and even original desserts. We also bought flour to take home to make bread and pizzas. Friendliness and kindness are accompanied by a welcoming and familiar environment. Highly recommended

My partner and I, passing through Caltavuturo, on the advice of our host, went to dinner at this restaurant which we reconfirmed for the following evening.You are welcomed by staff who are extremely attentive to customer needs, and you can find food of a quality that is now rare. Their grain from which they obtain flour and pasta. The refinement of various typical products from all over Sicily and a good cellar for enthusiasts.The service is good, special praise goes to the sommelier and the chef and owner. We felt pampered. Absolutely recommended.

After many years I return to visit dear Gesualdo, who always welcomes me with his usual smile and affection. I have always enjoyed it, but I was pleased to notice that over time the quality in the choice of products only increased, also offering different choices of products at 0 km or in any case in the surroundings of Caltavuturo. A round of applause also to the very nice waitresses and to my dearest friend and pizza chef Albert. His pizza is always among the best I have eaten, above all very light in dough

Arriving unexpectedly, we don't dare open the door because we have the impression of being in front of a discotheque or a hall. But push open that door and you will be pleasantly surprised.
